You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

Our Service may allow you to submit, upload, or share content, including but not limited to images of items you scan and feedback you provide ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GRECo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER GRECO NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH GRECO MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

The disposal and recycling recommendations provided by our Service are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these recommendations, and you should always verify proper disposal methods with your local waste management authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GRECO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if GRECo has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GRECo, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GRECo is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
